Q. How long my order will take to be delivered?

A. We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence as not all of our merchandise ship from the same warehouse. We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible so we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends. 
According to our results, it may take anywhere from 10 - 40 days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country. Below are the most typical time frames for your region:

Please note this can be affected due to Holidays, weather conditions and others and also we are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

Q. Why should I trust you?

A. Shopify is one of the largest eCommerce service providers that handle our payment processing. We never see any sensitive payment information, as that is all handled by Shopify. The only information we can see is shipping and billing details.

Q. Do you take PayPal?

A.  Yes, we accept Pay Pal.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. All sales are final. Orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment team so therefore cannot be canceled. If you want to switch any items, please let us know within 24 hours of order.

Q. Can I return my order?

A. Please read our Returns Policy. 

Q. Why are multiple products not packed together?

A. Most of our items come from different warehouses and manufacturers around the world, so we cannot package items together without driving up the cost of shipping and handling. However, some items are packaged together and the information you receive regarding your tracking numbers should indicate that.

Q. Do you sell my details to any other companies?

A. No, we value your trust. Your personal details will never be sold to third parties.

Q. I made a large order but not all the items have arrived yet?

A. We ship items out in small groups so that you don't get stung at customs, and also as to avoid you waiting for items that may take a little longer. Rest assured, all your items will arrive!
