Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by the date you received the item(s), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All sales are final, we do not take returns. 

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

* Digital products (Ebook) are non-returnable and non-refundable. Therefore, once the product has been purchased by you, your order may not be cancelled or refunded. 


Refunds (if applicable)
Replacements are only available on damaged goods, missing orders, and lost packages upon package arrival (customer must also provide tracking number).

Please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item with picture evidence of damaged or missing goods.If your claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

*Note: You will be charged a restocking fee of the amount you paid in shipping & handling. 

Ex. 

A purchase order of $100.00 with a shipping rate of $5.00 will be refunded back with a total of $95.00 minus the shipping rate, charged as a restocking fee. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds for qualifying products must be submitted within 14 days of receiving package. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Refunds generally take 7-10 business days to post in your bank account, but may vary from bank to bank. Please contact your bank to learn more about their processing times. 


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged along with photographic evidence within 2 days of delivery. To exchange an item's variant, it must be within 24 hours in which order was placed. Contact us by email at info@healthofit.co
